The plot is located between the areas of Voula and Vouliagmeni, on Karamanlis Avenue, at street number 211. This location, on one of the most vivid streets of the Athenian coastal front, offers the resident a direct contact with the sea, since we have a distance less than 500 meters from Kavouri beach, and direct access to Voula and Vouliagmeni, in less than 5 minutes drive. The elongated shape of the plot and its location, between Karamanlis Avenue and Drosini Street, allows the creation of a complex, which develops linearly, directed from the busy coastal front to the quiet neighbourhood at the back. This dual nature of the project, between the expressway and the quiet neighbourhood of houses, located inbetween the sea and the hill, allows us the creation of different housing typologies, aiming to meet top residential requirements.
